Alphitou aktēn: the alphitou aktēn "flour of flour" received its name through an aphaeresis, because it is maktēn "the kneaded one"

Derivational etymology. It is followed in the Genuine by another derivational etymology by Philoxenus. This one does not come from Philoxenus, although Theodoridis gives in his edition of the fragments the whole text of the Genuine.
