Comment
Derivational etymology. The lemma and the etymon only have one common phoneme, /th/, which was enough to derive the one from the other since οὖθαρ can mean "breast", and be synonymous with θηλή, which was correctly analyzed as a derivative of θῆσαι. Therefore the etymology of θηλή could be transferred to the partial synonym οὖθαρ
